Free Scripture Printable!

I am so excited for this post because it is something I have been working on for awhile!  I created a scripture printable to help with learning some verses!  You can print it out, cut out the verses and carry them around with you anywhere!  I am passionate about learning the Word, and I wanted to help you!

The Word of God is alive!  But for it to become alive in us we need to learn it, know it, and speak it.  We have to apply it to our lives.  If the bible is only a book that we glance over occasionally, then how is that suppose to affect us?

Learning scriptures brings a new depth to them, it brings a better understanding.  You might see something that you didn’t see before by only reading without intention.  Learning and knowing them and being able to recite them brings them to life in us!  There may come a day when you are not allowed to have a bible, but people can never take away something that is inside of you!

When you are afraid, you can quote scripture for that!    First part of Isaiah 41:10 “Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God.”

Anxious?  There’s a scripture for that!   Philippians 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Feeling alone?  There is a scripture for that!  The last half of Deuteronomy 31:6 “for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you”

There is scripture for anything that you are going through!   The all-knowing God wrote everything down for YOU!

When you know something for fact because of an experience, it is hard for someone to argue against it.  When you know how powerful the Word of God is, then nothing can change your mind!

Learning scripture isn’t hard.  All it takes is some patience and repetition!  My 3yr old can quote 3 verses, and she loves when we learn more!

Learning scripture is more than just saying, “I can quote the bible” (which is a wonderful thing), but it brings a deeper love for the One who wrote the Word.  It helps you fall in love with Jesus even more!  With each verse you learn, you realize just how much he loves and thinks about you!   The first part of Jeremiah 1:5 says “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee“.

I know we as humans are attracted to things that look “pretty”, so I created a nice printable that you can print out to help you learn some encouraging verses!

Also with the printable, I included some study tips that I have found help me when I learn!  It was fun making these, and I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!

  1. My girls did better at memorizing verses when they were 3 then they do now at age 10 and 12. I think that’s because their minds are more cluttered now. Getting the verses in their head early and continually is the key. Your printable is pretty and I bet my girls will love them.
    Encouraging word for the day!

  2. Memorizing a scripture can be great when we are in a difficult moment, we can get quick peace when we remember the words of the Lord or his Prophets. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Thank your for creating way people might take the Word of God with them wherever they go and be able to meditate on God’s word. As you said learning scripture is more than just saying it, I pray that God continue to use you as you share whole heartily what the Lord has given you.
